Most customs holds were decided before the container shipped.
Compliance depth is easy to claim and almost impossible to evidence, so this page does not claim it. It lists the 42 trade documents Intria generates in-house, by name. Read the list against what your destination market actually requires. That comparison is the fastest supply chain diagnostic available to you, and it costs nothing.
Everyone understands compliance in broad strokes. It is decided in the detail.
Halal / Kosher certification in GCC markets requires documentation at the point of slaughter, not just the point of import. Most partners miss this, and the shipment is held at a border thousands of miles from anyone who can resolve it.
A certificate of origin is not a single document — Mexico and Spain each require their own form. GMO labelling requirements differ by market and by product category. Shelf-life analysis is requested at the border in some markets and never in others. Bilingual labelling is priced per exterior shipping unit and per interior package, which is a cost most operators discover after the goods are already in transit.
The timing requirements differ by product category. After 40 years, we have learned it is always the detail that determines whether a shipment clears or gets held.

Not brokered. Not subcontracted. Not left to the supplier.
A document produced by someone else is a document you cannot fix at speed. When a border agent asks a question on a Thursday afternoon, the answer has to come from the people who generated the paperwork — which is why we generate it ourselves, and why we can amend, reissue and legalize without waiting on a third party.
Consular legalize, translation and export preparation are part of the same service, on a published assessorial schedule.
Locally compliant labelling, applied in the United States.
Bilingual and locally compliant labelling and relabelling is done at our own facility, before the goods leave — priced per exterior shipping unit and per interior package, so the cost is known before the order is placed rather than discovered at a border. Shipping and unit labels, pallet identification and destination-language product labels are all produced in-house.
