Food & ingredients
The consumables a location cannot open without
Sourced to brand specification through verified and approved suppliers. Where the specified product does not exist in-market, we source it from the United States or another country of origin – with the health, food safety and documentation the destination requires.
Bakery mixes, syrups and toppings, pastry fillings, ice cream cones, coffee (bean, ground, bulk and retail-packaged), tea, flavourings, cocoa, vanilla, condiments in bulk and single-serve, non-dairy and shelf-stable creamers, cooking oils, sauces, seasonings, dressings, shelf-stable desserts, cereals.
What the destination asks for
Food is the category where documentation decides everything.
Halal certification in GCC markets requires documentation at the point of slaughter, not just the point of import. Shelf-life analysis is requested at the border in some markets and never in others. GMO labelling requirements differ by market and by product category. Each of those is generated by our own team.
Typical documents
Certificate of origin, market-specific forms
Health, hygiene, phytosanitary, USDA
Compositional, microbiological, shelf-life
Halal certification, SASO where required
GMO, nutritional, destination language
How we order
Small quantities of many things, consolidated into one container.
Specialty ingredients are the shape large distributors decline or price punitively, because they need volume per line item to make a corridor work. Intria consolidates small lots into one container, one documentation set, one delivery. Consolidation is a hard cost saving, not a soft one.
