Selecting the site and running the build-out are the big, visible tasks. It is the finishing details that decide whether you open: the signage that has to clear customs, the uniforms that have to be printed, the cleaning supplies nobody costed. Sourced separately, each of those is somebody's individual responsibility and nobody's collective one.
Signage and menu systems carry their own documentation and labelling requirements to clear the destination market. Those are generated by our own team, alongside everything else in the container.
