We supply the whole store, not part of it
Most partners in this category sell food. We source every category a QSR or Fast Casual location needs — and deliver them as one coordinated order, with one documentation set and one accountable partner, into markets where the specified product may not exist locally.

Breadth is not the point.
Not managing five vendors is the point.
A single location needs ingredients from several origins, branded packaging, equipment on a long lead time, smallwares, signage, uniforms and cleaning supplies. Sourced separately, that is five or six vendor relationships, five or six sets of documentation, five or six shipments — and if one of them is wrong, nobody owns the problem.
We buy across all of it, verify it against specification, document it, consolidate it and deliver it as one thing. For a South American franchise that meant specialty coffee equipment sourced from Italy, packaging from the United States and ingredients from several countries, handled as a single accountable order.
We are the party accountable for a brand standard surviving the journey to market.
Food & ingredients
The consumables a location cannot open without, sourced to brand specification.
Bakery mixes, syrups and toppings, coffee, tea, cocoa, condiments, oils, sauces, seasonings.
Frozen & chilled
Temperature-controlled from our own refrigerated facility through to delivery.
Frozen bakery, egg products, ice cream ingredients and mix-ins, dairy, portioned proteins, prepared foods.
Packaging
Branded packaging is where brand standards are most visible and most often compromised.
Branded and unbranded cups, lids, straws, napkins, boxes, cartons, wraps, utensils, biodegradable lines.
Foodservice equipment
The category with the most expensive failure risk.
Espresso machines, brewers, soft serve, refrigeration, ovens, fryers, ice makers, display cabinets.
Smallwares & fixtures
The items nobody remembers until the store cannot open without them.
Service smallwares, utensils, prep tables, sinks, cookware, racking, carts, store fixtures.
Non-product categories
The stuff that never sells but always represents the brand.
Signage and menu systems, merchandising, uniforms, janitorial, safety, waste.
Every category above, coordinated across suppliers, from one location to a hundred across multiple suppliers with different lead times.
How we order
Small quantities of many things are the normal shape of a growing operator's order.
It is also the shape large distributors decline or price punitively, because they need volume per line item to make a corridor work. Intria consolidates small lots – branded packaging, single-use items, specialty ingredients, a few pieces of equipment – into one container. Consolidation is a hard cost saving, not a soft one.
