Packaging

The customer holds your packaging.
They never see the container.

Branded packaging is where brand standards are most visible and most often compromised. It also carries a print lead time that has to sit in the sequence early, because a store cannot open without cups.

Branded and unbranded cups, lids, straws, napkins, boxes, cartons and wraps; disposable utensils; eco-friendly and biodegradable specialty lines.

Where it goes wrong

Two failures, and both are
caught before the container shipped.

The print does not match the standard

A manufacturer fills the order as written and asks no questions. The goods arrive, clear customs and do not match the brand standard. We open them and check them against specification and original packaging before they ship, which is where an error becomes a phone call instead of a container.

The labelling is in the wrong language

Bilingual and locally compliant labelling is applied at our own facility before the goods leave – priced per exterior shipping unit and per interior package, so the cost is known before the order is placed rather than discovered at a border.

How we order

Branded packaging is the classic small-lot line item.

It is the shape large distributors decline or price punitively, because they need volume per line item to make a corridor work. Intria consolidates small lots — branded packaging, single-use items, specialty ingredients, a few pieces of equipment — into one container. Consolidation is a hard cost saving, not a soft one.
