Markets

Forty-two countries. Eight regions. Forty years.

This is a record of corridors we have already worked, not a boundary on where we will go — our services are not geographically limited. What the record gives you is a partner who, in most of the markets you are considering, has already made the trip and already knows who to call.

If you are opening in market forty-three, that is a conversation, not an obstacle.

Every service Intria offers is available in any market as needed. So the useful question is not whether we can serve a corridor — it is what we already know about it. Certification regimes, documentation timing, labelling requirements, port conditions, which suppliers hold and which ones slip. That knowledge is corridor-specific and it is the only thing in this business that cannot be bought quickly.

Ask us what we know about your market. It is a much better question than asking whether we serve it.

Americas corridors

Ten markets across Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South America.

Proximity to US ports removes much of the cost volatility carried by long-haul corridors, which makes the Americas structurally attractive for both brands and their suppliers right now. Intria has been working these markets for decades.

Central America

A complete new store package purchased, consolidated and shipped in under six weeks against a tight deadline. The opening went ahead on schedule.

Puerto Rico

An operator held at full capacity through consecutive holiday seasons by monitoring their suppliers upstream and pre-positioning critical non-perishable inventory months in advance.

South America

Turnkey multi-origin procurement for a franchise — specialty coffee equipment from Italy, packaging from the United States, ingredients from several countries — handled as one accountable order. Dunkin’ shops supplied over years across the region.

Gulf & Middle East

Nine markets, and the deepest compliance record we have.

The Arabian Gulf is where Intria’s documentation expertise was built, because it is where the requirements are least forgiving. Halal certification at the point of slaughter. SASO certificates of conformity. Category-specific import permits that differ market to market.

A regional franchise grew from fewer than 100 locations to nearly 1,000 on Intria supply, moving as many as 40 containers of coffee per month.

Tell us the corridor.

A market you are entering, or one you are already in that is not working. We will tell you what the documentation set has to contain, what the certification timing looks like, and what usually goes wrong.
